Catharine Silva - Manager Human Resources

Catharine manages the Human Resources function. She oversees human resource services, policies and programs for the company. Catharine has a range of experience in human resources, management, administration, international business and research. She joined Extend in 2001. Since then, she has been critical in developing and maintaining a high-quality work environment unique to Extend. Previously, she was at SI International where she helped administer human resource and 401(k) programs. Earlier, Catharine was a business research analyst at the Brazilian Embassy in Washington, D.C. She earned a B.A. in Business with a minor in Spanish from Hood College, Frederick, Maryland. Catharine completed an M.S. in Human Resource Management at the University of Maryland, University College, College Park, MD.
