Louann Mackowiak - Director of Operations

Louann is a CPA with 30 years experience in both public accounting and private industry. Louann joined Extend in 2002 as Director of Operations. Louann is responsible for ensuring the excellence of our operations, compliance with our client service level agreements and benchmarking our performance against industry standards. Additionally she works as a member of our professional services team assisting implementations and solving technical and business problems for clients. During 12 years in public accounting, she was responsible for compliance services for clients in the retail, manufacturing, service and real estate industries. Louann brings 10 years of audit expertise to our operations. Louann earned a B. S. in Sociology from North Central College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
