GO LIVE! Extend Accounting & Business Solutions Completes first Extend AP Implementation

Silver Spring, MD, October 2, 2007 -- Extend Accounting & Business Solutions, is pleased to announce the successful launch of the Extend AP solution with valued client-partner PRC. Through a very intense implementation, PRC's accounts payable process is now LIVE, operating fully using the Extend AP solution.

In June 2007 Extend Accounting partnered with BancTec Inc. to launch the Extend AP service in the US. Using an accounts payable automation product developed by Component Software (out of Norway), Extend Accounting & Business Solutions is now able to offer clients an AP solution that will automate the payable process from beginning to end. This solution provides the client great value by streamlining the process adding reliability, security and dependability.

BancTec Inc. is the US distributor of the accounts payable software developed by Component Software (Contempus). BanTec develops partnerships with organizations to provide end-users with the Contempus software hence the relationship between Extend and BancTec. The success of the PRC Go Live precedes the victory of Extend announcing North America's first accounts payable automation deal of all BancTec partners in June 2007. We are excited to have Contempus as our AP software solution for we believe it will add great value to our service portfolio as well as enhance our client's business processes substantially.

As a full service accounting outsourcing provider, PRC has trusted many of their back office accounting duties to Extend for the past five years. After reviewing their accounting operations, it was clear that the Extend AP solution would greatly enhance PRC's accounting functionality and business processes providing PRC with a true best in practice accounts payable solution.
